# Refund & Return Policy

At HEALthyKARMA, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy before placing an order.

## 30-Day Returns

Eligible products may be returned within **30 days of delivery**.

## Consumable Products

Because HEALthyKARMA sells consumable products, including teas, sea moss products, elderberry products, and other wellness products, we cannot generally accept returns of products that have been:

* Opened

* Used

* Consumed

* Tampered with

* Altered from their original condition

This policy exists for safety, sanitation, and product-quality reasons.

## Unopened Products

Eligible unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

## Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional processing time for your financial institution to post the refund.

## Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
